Hello, guys! I want to share my experience really bad one - villa rental. In february im and my boyfriend found villa in umalas. Owner was really nice- local girl Ira, she has a husband from German. So, we liked a place, rented villa. But we told that prefer to pay first time monthly for be sure that villa doesnt have some invisible problems and its good place for us. They were agree to let us pay monthly 15 mln, and after 3 month we had to decide about long term contract. This villa is like apartments in complex - owner lives nex door. Everything was good. In march her husband Rudy back from Germany-cause he lives there and in Bali he spend just holidays. Was fine, he talk with him and told that we re ready to change a contract: pay every 3 month 40 mln. Because same contract has a guy who rent one of this 3 villas. We told just wait- we will be ready to sign a contract in may. I needed to save some cash- cause that moment i was investing a lot in my business in Moscow. So. How i told 8 may we signed a new contract with payment 40 mln every 3 month. In the contract we found some condition about deposit 15 mln. We asked- if we have to pay 40 mln and more 15 deposit- he told no. Ok. We didnt understand anything and then forgot. Last week we been in Bangkok and than back. German guy was in Bali. I asked him to give me a listrik bill. It was 7. He told ok. And next day 8 july security gave me this bill and more 40 mln. I was surprised, cause according a contract we had to pay 8 august, every 3 month- not to. Then we checked a contract again- and understood that he did a mess. Cause the day when we signed a contract was not 8 may, was 8 april- and the money we paid monthly he put like a deposit. Ok. It was just mess and misunderstanding. We had money- this 40 mln. But was evening and i could not cash out all amount, cause i have limit 10 mln per day. I told my bf talk with german and explain him, but he was not at hime. Then started to come security with bill every 20 min- was 10 pm. I had in cash 15 mln. When my boyfriend came to talk with this german- he didnt want to hear anything, he was just shouting - hey, u late! U not respect me! Bf told ok.. And back to villa really angry. Next morning i went to talk with this crazy guy. Was same. He didnt want to hear, listen.. And was just shouting and told me many bad things. I asked him to stop and be calm and respect. He was like a mad dog. I told, hey, i have money, i just try to explain u why we late just even less than 1 day. Finally he told- no! U dont have money! U have to leave today. I become angry too and told ok, i will. I really hate when someone shouting on me for no reason. Im a client, i pay, i have money. Then we went with bf to have a lunch and be calm- and my pembantu called me and told that our things out. So, we back, took our things. That guy had my 15 mln like a deposit and i asked to give me back, he told- tomorrow. I told- no! Now its my principals. Today or i will call policy. Finally he gave me. We talk with our neibours - they also rent in complex his villa. They read a contract and was in shock to- guy was wrong. I dont know whats going on with a ppl. I know only one thing- this german using a fake name. For some reason. I know his real name and where he works in Germany. Probably he has in Germany a family:)) now they put this villa for rent. Its in Umalas, jalan lestari. Bali palmira villa. Names Rudi and Mira. Sorry for long story. I want to know youre opinion.
