Hello ladies and gents, Have been discussing things with Mark and he’s gotten feedback from others in regards to the capping situation in the clan. We feel as though we need to start making a minimum monthly caps requirement per month to avoid coming close to missing upkeep and also speeding up our citadel upgrade process. Now, I know that some of you are maxed and stuff, but Mark is almost comped; he caps on his ironman and nowadays even his main. Corey is in a similar situation and others are also capping on multiple accounts. This isn’t to call anyone out, it’s to put into perspective the clan itself. So, effective December 1st, the next build tick, will be the following: Key ranks (Overseer and higher) are now asked to cap a minimum of 3 weeks per month in order to maintain their ranks. If you have an ironman or are thinking of acquiring one, you can fulfill this requirement by capping TWICE on your ironman and ONCE on your main if you wish, for example. Those ranked Admin to Coordinator will be asked to cap a minimum of 2 weeks per month in order to maintain their ranks. Bottom line, to have Ava warden rights is a privilege, and Mark and I believe that if you aren’t going to cap at least semi-continuously, you don’t need to be ranked nor have that privilege. Also, in regards to obtaining the Admin rank, we have decided to determine this on a case-by-case basis, and not just solely by cap. Thanks in advance for understanding.
