Hello, last night whilst in port melbourne me and my partner along with other horrified patrons watched on as a couple clearly under the influence walked their boxer down Bay Street. This dog was by far the worst treated animal I have ever come across. They were yelling at her, hitting her and to say she was malnuritied was an understatement. This dog is in serious trouble. I rang the police but by the time they got down there the couple had gone. Our last sighting of them was on Liardet Street, Port Melbourne. Can someone please look into this and keep me posted. I will not give up until this dog is taken from its owners. I will call the RSPCA tomorrow. The above was shared on our page. What would you do in a case like this?
