Im offering a cozy FULLY FURNISHED 8m2 room in a 4 room shared flat located in Rosasgasse 28, 12 minutes from the city centre, about 5 minutes walk from: 2 underground stations, Schönbrunn Palace and the well known U4 night club. Also very close by are: several supermarkets and banks and a shopping street. In your room you will find: A single bed, with mattress and 2 sets of sheets, a closet, a desk with a chair and study lamp and curtains for the window. You will have access to: bathtub/shower in the bathroom, separate common toilet, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine with water heater, kitchen with oven, a basement with lock to store your valuables, a very fast wifi connection, and friendly flatmates :). The monthly rent is €200.- plus €40.- for expenses (internet, electricity, heating, gas and water).
