Hello officers I came to know from Sandirane Sir and My friend Muthusamy From Kairakal (Puduchery) that their Grp commander is denying Canteen facility to them . Here is a letter from Joint Director Canteen Services Deptt on behalf of wich we are getting CSD facility. I would like to request Sandirane Aroumougame sir to show this letter to ur Group commander and to demand the letter from him ( From Canteen Services Deptt ) on the basis of which he is denying facility. Remember DG NCC cannot withdraw Facilty provided to us . Only Canteen Service Deptt can withdraw this facilty after getting recommendation from Defence Deptt
