Hello peeps. I am going to be teaching a virtual business class at my HS this year. The kids have to create a virtual businessperson, create a business plan, a website, annual reports, among other things. I am trying to line up guest speakers and mentors, anyone from finance, admin, legal, accounting, marketing, advertising, HR, entrepreneurs, business owners, etc. The kids will learn all aspects of business, get pay checks, pay bills, etc. HS is part of a pilot program for this Virtual Enterprise international (VEInternational.org) and weve been given a grant from the Irvine company. If we do well theyll expand the program to other schools and put in more money. My students and I are going to have to meet certain very stringent benchmarks throughout the year. The expectations on us are very high. We will need help in all areas including virtual contracts for our product or service. We also need to do major fundraising to travel to the trade shows. Ill be looking for donations, monetary and items for an opportunity drawing. If you think you might be able to help out in any way, please send me a message.
