Hello po. Im happy for those with units that are in ok condition. Youre lucky i guess that what happened to my unit didnt happen to yours. I just want to share this para aware po lahat..and for everyone to be careful and check their units thoroughly because it could still happen to you po. I have paid my DP na po, and im now waiting for bank approval. I decided not to continue the purchase of my unit at lancaster somerset 8..dahil nawasak po ang unit ko from typhoon glenda. Tanggal po ang buong bubong! Very poor quality. I could understand pa po sana if may natanggal o nayuping yero o may natanggal lang na part..BUT NOT THE WHOLE ROOF! With the whole framework and everything. I don t know the right terms. All i know tanggal ang buong bubong! I cant imagine my family living in a house na natanggalan na ng bubong. I love them too much to let them stay in a house with the possibility of the roof literally falling on their heads. My father could very likely have a heart attack considering his heart problem. Now ive joined a group trying to get a full refund. Is there hope for a refund? I really hope there is..and i feel blessed to have a strong support system with my current group and all the previous groups who have succeeded in getting a full refund. God knows everything. I know He will help us. Good luck to us all.
