Hello rainy Monday!! Lets plank today! Start in push up position, stack your shoulders over your elbows and your elbows over your wrist. Making sure that you are not locking your elbows! Fingers are like starfish and feet are hip width apart! Now tuck your pelvis under and flatten your lower back as you engage your abs!! HOLD this!! Start with holding for 15 seconds, then work your way up to a minute or longer!! This simple exercise can be done almost anywhere and is amazing for your core!! The current world record (according to Guinness World Records) for the plank position is 3 hours 7 minutes and 15 seconds, set in Newport, Kentucky on 20 April 2013 by George Hood. Wow!!
