Hello theatre digs list-ers... Apologies if this is random... Ive not toured for years, and going to the gym was the last thing on my mind back then (ahhh, how times have changed...) so I wanted to see if anyone whos recently or currently toured/touring could help me out with a gym/fitness-related query... I seem to recall some theatres having deals/offers for touring companies to use a local gym or fitness place...? If you can think of any that do, itd be a massive help if youd drop me a quick comment on this post... Or even just any general advice on how to make touring and maintaining my relationship with going to the gym work would be greatly received! Haha! Thanks lovely people! Xxx
