Hello there Familia!! Just wanted to touch basis with you. As you know, our next reunion is scheduled for 2015 and the Ramseys will be taking the lead with this one. Now--for those of you that arent totally familiar with the Ramseys, we are the descendents of James Douglas Ramsey, better known as JD (RIP). JD was the brother of Uncle Sonny and Uncle Raymond (and if I leave anybody out, charge it to my mind and NOT my heart). JDs children are as follows: Velma Ramsey-Burkley (my mom, my sis is Veronica Ronni...who is STILL not on FB :-) ), Ronald Ronnie Ramsey (daughters Erica and Rhondella), Jackie Ramsey-Elam-Taylor (son Lance, daughter Montrey), Regina Ricky Ramsey (daughter Patrice/Tricy), and Jonathan Joe Ramsey (son, Lil Jonathan or Lil Joe). Ive just added Patrice (Tricy) and Erica to the group earlier today. NOW--you may/may not recall that a survey was issued a couple of months ago with I believe 4 different locations to chose from. Based on the votes, Hotlanta won! So--our next reunion will be in ATL fam! We will be conducting our first planning meeting at the end of April and of course will send out any newsletters/info as those plans unfold. If someone has the list of email addresses, please forward this message particularly to those that are not on FB/in this group.
