Hello there everyone. We had a great day today Sunday December 13th.We had 51 clients. We helped feed 104 dogs, with 98 1gallon bags of kibble and 89 cans of wet dog food. We also helped feed 129 cats with 45 quart size bags of kibble and 109 cans of wet cat food.(Thanks to Up Town Dog Park and Fix Long Beach for the dry cat food. We were completely out. ) Thank you to volunteer Tealeye for taking pictures of our clients with their pets. Thank you to volunteers Darlene, Louis, Jessica and her very handsome, helpful nephews Reign and Remil. Next Sunday December 21th will be our last Sunday of the year we will be giving out pet food. On the 21st we will be giving away goodie bags for dogs and cats. Certain items to only homeless people and their pet, like blanket, raincoat , and toiletries. If you have anything that you would like to donate on that day you may bring it by between the hours of 2:30 and 4pm at the Cesar Chavez park in front of the community center on golden ave . and 4th Street.
