Hello this is the first time I have ever posted in here. I just wanted to share something with everyone. I have had psoriasis for 3 years now. It started out on my legs and for the first year that is where it stayed. The second year it moved to my scalp and underneath my breasts which was painful. The third year it appeared that it was going and away and then bam, it was on 80% of my body. During the 80% days the only place it wasnt was on my face and neck. Today I am almost absolutely free and clear every where!! I wanted to share that today it is almost absolutely clear! No more itching, flaking or peeling any more. My doctor wanted to put me on methotrexate and I refused because of the side effects. I had heard about the Paleo diet/ lifestyle change and decided to give it a go! I follow the core of the Paleo diet but I tweak it and cheat a little lol, I take a probiotic, 1,000mg of Vitamin C and I drink a 160z glass of Organic Apple Cider Vinegar baking soda water everyday, I take warm milk and honey Epsom salt baths with oatmeal, and I use Gold Bond Eczema relief lotion! Let me say I am absolutely amazed and in disbelief in the huge turn around I have seen. Not only did my skin clear up but I have lost so much weight, Anyways whenever I would be sad and down I would come in this group and read everyones stories and positive and reassuring words. Again I am not here saying I found a cure but if this helped me and can help someone else I just wanted to share. Thank you all for being such an amazing support group. I found this group at a time where I really thought that I was the only one and that no one understood what I was going through.
