Hello to all, The weather is turning cooler. It brings the last memories of the summer and hints of the winter to come. It is the perfect time to walk in the hills. Enjoy. We had a face-off between two Cabernet Sauvignons last week. The Tzuba 2009 had a stronger Cabernet flavor but was not completely smooth on the palate. It was full and powerful. The Dalton 2011 had a more subtle flavor but was smoother. Each had strong points in its favor, and people split on their preference. Both are good values for 69 shekels. This Thursday 4-9 pm we will have a Viognier tasting competition. Viognier is really the only White Wine that acts like a Red. You are in for a treat.
