Hello to all my friends on facebook and my family around the world. Today I am in Hornburg Germany staying with my cousin and his family. It is a very historical town. At 8 PM we shall have a night tour with a singing guide (in old Germany this person would go around and light the lamps in the town) after that we will travel to near by town called Gosler (another very old town) and go to a brewery to sample some fresh made beer. Those of you who know me well know I love old buildings and artifacts. I just cant get enough of it here! I want to reach out and touch every cobble stone and old wall to beg to be told of its history. I got to see the place my parents met and lived, places as children they played. The flowers are amazing here and everyones windowsills are filled with orchids and colorful flowers. The homes are beautifully manicured, even the fields look pristine! When I get back home to SLC I will download pictures every day to share. The weather for the most part has been perfect and unusually warm for this time of the year so I am told. Im just happy that it has been so accomidating! Although I miss my family and dogs I would change a minute of my time here.
