Help Desk Coordinator Required – KidZania Cairo KidZania Cairo is looking forward for hiring Help Desk Coordinator will be responsible for Qualifications & Requirements: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant experience required, preferably experience in working with: • System Center Family • Active Director • Group Policy • Microsoft exchange Responsibilities will include • Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with Help Desk escalation processes. • Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe. • Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc. • Provide enhancement request feedback to IT regarding technology environment and customer needs through the defined processes. • Monitor daily backups. • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. • Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts. Working Conditions: • Location: KidZania Cairo – Cairo Festival City • Working Days: 6 working days “1 day off Rotational “ • Working hours: 8 working hours – Shift Basis 1. Morning Shift : 8 am to 4 pm 2.
