Help!!!! I keep getting eyelashes on the top of my quilt. I didnt have this problem yesterday when I was free motion quilting didnt have it when I switched over to my walking foot but when I dropped my feed dogs again it started. I have changed spools of thread put in a new bobbin changed the needle and played with both top and bottom tensions. I am at my wits end and I need to finish this quilt today. Any ideas
