Help peeps I need advice lol. Im cooking a cake in sc tomorrow and none of my tins fit in any of my cookers so should i.. 1. Cook in a lined sc no tin. 2. Cook 2 batches in a loaf tin. 3. Not cook it at all.? Recipe says to cook in lined tin with water covering base of sc. Recipe Im cooking is Bry Deans rainbow butter cake. Im worried if I dont do in a tin with water under it that it wont turn out moist and luscious like hers.? Ok hit me :) xo TIA Will check comments in morning. Thx peeps xo
