Donated weekend Hunting Trip to benefit 12 & under Girls Crosby All-star Softball Team $75.00 per ticket Drawing will be held July 20, 2013 Winning ticket holder can bring 2 other guests The main goal on our lease is for every guest to have a safe, relaxing, and enjoyable time. The 3,000 acre ranch is located in the Hill Country about 10 miles South of Junction on Hwy 83. Our guest bedroom sleeps 12 and we have 14 ground box stands with feeders at each one. At 9 of these feeders we have elevated bow stands. Please arrive between noon and 2:00 p.m. on Friday (or Sunday if you’re on a Sunday-Tuesday hunt). This gives us time to open up the house, turn on the water, electricity, gas, light stove, unload groceries, etc. before you arrive. There will be an orientation on safety and game management just prior to going out on the first afternoon. We will cover when guns must be unloaded, Special Season Dates are available for August and September. The weekend will need to be planned at a minimum of two weeks prior to the hunting weekend. This is for booking purposes. This year our game management program will allow us to take 1 trophy Axis buck per weekend and one Axis doe for this hunting group. You can take as many hogs as you can clean and haul. You must have a valid Texas Hunting License, either resident or non-resident, on your person while hunting. Also please have your rifle already sighted-in prior to arriving at the lease. Other than that, you only need to bring proper clothing, rifle, ammo, ice chest, and favorite drink. We have sheets, blankets, towels, food, ice, and hopefully anything else you may need for your weekend with us. We look forward to you coming out and having a good time. Ticket will not be resold the winner will be expected to attend… Driving directions are easily followed with a standard Texas road map. IH -10 West out of San Antonio and Hwy 290 West out of Austin intersect between Kerrville and Junction. Go West on I-10 towards Junction and 5 miles before you reach Junction, take Hwy 83 South towards Uvalde. Go 10 miles on Hwy 83 S to the Hagood Ranch entrance gate on the West (right) side of the road. Go through the gate for a couple hundred yards and you are at the house.
