Help, suspended from work Please help, I have been suspended from work and I am falling apart. I havent been told anything other than an allegation has been made against me. I love my job and I am terrified of losing it, the financial implications dont bare thinking about either. I have been told that suspension isnt a form of disciplinary and that the decision will be made as to whether that is neccessary will be made as soon as they have investigated the allegation. What I want to know is, if I quit now, and applied for another job, when next potential employer applied for references, would my current employer tell them about the allegation? I was looking at moving closer to family and that would mean working elsewhere. I have been treated really badly by my current employer and the way they are dealing with this is appalling. I know I havent done anything wrong and it has been 4 weeks now, theyre not following procedure at all. If anyone has any advice I would be extremely grateful
