Help us help current grade 12 students. We are currently recruiting grade 12 students who are taking Mathematics and Physics for the Future Leaders Program. We cannot visit all the schools to spread the word so we asking you to help us convey the message to prospective students. An individual is eligible to participate in the program if they meet all of the following requirements: o Current grade 12 scholar o Has academic potential o Currently taking Mathematics and Physical Science I addition, the applicant must: o Demonstrate a commitment to continue their education beyond high school o Commit to attending a 3-week winter intensive academic camp o Commit to two afternoons per week of tutoring/academic support o Commit to one afternoon per week career preparation o Have an interest in working with the FLP to improve weak academic areas in preparation for university entrance o Have a parent or legal guardian that is committed to supporting the goals of the program The application forms are available at Ubuntu Education Fund until Monday(June 10). Students will need to submit the report cards for Grade 11 (Nov) and Grade 12(March) when they picking up the forms. Deadline for applications submissions is June 17, 17:00.
