Herbal Zone follows (GMP) Good Manufacturing Practice and standardized extracts in-house operating procedures, products are manufactured in ISO 9001 approved manufacturing facilities and under strict quality control. The entire production process is in accordance with regulations of the National Pharmaceutical Control Bureau, MOH and (WHO) World Health Organization. At first, all raw materials and ingredients used Graded as GRAS (Generally Recognized as Safe) by USFDA. We conduct rigorous quality control tests, including sample identification analysis, chemical content analysis, and microbiological testing. All incoming raw materials are subject to a series of strict examination, including herbal grading, compositional analysis, and ingredients tests. After further processing, the qualified herbs are examined by a dehydration test and a general dust test before being extracted. All finished products undergo a final examination prior to storage and delivery.
