Here I am once again, troubled by the atrocious services of the SHAMELESS and UNRELIABLE IDIOTS of Genie cabs. I booked a cab for 11:30 am, received an ACCEPTED SMS immediately after booking. After that, till now, no further SMS received. No cab came to the pick up location, I did not bother to call them as this is pretty common now, I took an auto and reached my destination. I receive a call at 12 noon from the driver asking about my whereabouts. I informed him politely that I have already reached my destination. Being a regular customer I am facing this, just an information to all who are reading this, IF YOU HAVE ANY URGENT JOURNEYS, PLEASE DO NOT BOOK A GENIE CAB, YOU MIGHT NOT RECEIVE A CAB AT ALL, EVEN IF YOU RECEIVE IT YOU WILL BE LATE. PLEASE CONTACT SOME OTHER SERVICE PROVIDERS, YOU MIGHT PAY SOME EXTRA MONEY, BUT WILL BE SURE TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION ON TIME.
