Here comes my review for The Tamasha 2k14. This was the first attempt from UPTU Khabar to organize a techno-cultural fest at a big level. We were best in all aspects. There is always a scope for improvement. So we shall improve and make this fest a Grand Tamasha in the next season. (This is my promise) I feel each and every member of our team is equally important to be listed here and be appreciated. Buts thats not possible here at this instant. I shall take out some other way to applause all. But I feel some of the members, without whoms efforts this fest would have not been successful should know how did they performed. 1. Ankit Khurana Positive : You are one of the finest mind available in our team. You have really good managing skills. You are a good leader. Last time jo event hua tha Nadaan Parindey, usme meri phati padi thi...but this time, just bcos of you, I was really relaxed. Because, some how 70 % of my tensions were occupied by you. Ek line me agar bolna chahu to sirf yahi bolunga, ki agar tu nhi hota, to shayad ye fest cancel karna hi padta, bcos we were left with no option to execute our planning. You made it possible for us to organise this at minimum possible investment. The tag of Business head really suits you. You might know this or not, but let me confess here, the only reason why I like to take you along with me in any meeting is your smiling, convincing face and your beautiful business mind. Negative : Core team group me post kardunga ya personally bataunga. I dont want others to know that. 2. Deepak Kumar Positive : The spark of doing something great has always been inside you. Be it the Nadaan Parindey or the Tamasha, you were the only person who was so crazy about doing it. You were the first to approach to me for its execution. According to me, you are the real and true leader. You lacked managerial qualities but I hope my motive is solved by making u learn a lot of qualities by Ankit Khurana. What I already feel is also proved from the random feedback I gathered from some of the team mates and got to know that you were one of those persons in the team who never complained, who just did their work with full dedication, who never made any show off. And I am cent percent sure, you were the only person who worked restlessly without even a line of distraction at your face. Quantitatively and Qualitatively, you are unmatched. In sab se bahar aaker agar me batau, to tu mera sabse pyara bhai he. I luv you bro :* Negative : You are too innocent. Its easy for anyone to get you influenced unknowingly get involved in politics. You are the managing head and you should know and judge aptly at all situations. Meet me someday, I shall give more input about these words. 3. Ujjwal Kumar Positive : Only person in the team with distinct vision. A person with a difference. You have a practical approach toward working. I have personally learnt many things from you. You have the power to guide and motivate anyone. The most impressive point about you is your way of talking. Now talking about this fest. You were equally important as Deepak. Without your support and hardwork, Neither Deepak nor Khurana could do anything. Your work related to website is commendable. For me, you are my brother and I feel light hearted after talking you. :) Negative : Though you are rational and have positive attitude, but still it will take time for you to be more mature. Since you are a management guy, I advice you to always look into any situation from all the angles before taking any decision. 4. Devender Singh Positive : You are a sincere guy. Technally sound and positively oriented. I am proud to have such a talented person in my team. Inspite of being from mechanical background, your skills are more than enough to compete with technical guy and thus Technical Head position suits you. Now talking of this fest. Your contribution is enormous. Website was changed twice. And you patiently listened , acted accordingly. For me you are very obedient and sincere team mate. Negative : Jaldi sojate ho. Neend per control karo atleast us time jab need he waki sabko tumhari. 5. Suchita Kashyap Positive : You are so sincere in your professional attitude and handles all the situation accordingly. I am happy that you acted as a secret agent in this fest =D . thanks for giving me all the feedback and personal reports of all the ambassadors. May it happen that your work is not physically visible during the fest, but you actually did a lot. All the communication to ambassadors and team mates was completed by you only. Inspite of being girl, you stayed with all our team members day and night at the venue itself. You were always ready to do any work. Overall, any number of nice words will not be able to do justice, u were that good. Negative : Personally bataunga ya core team me post kardunga. 6. Ajay Kumar : Positive: Star player. Never complaining, always understanding behaviour makes you stand out of all others. You are really hardworking. This much of dedication is really tough to posses in oneself. Basically Ajay and Me already have talks on different level. Even if I want to explain all things about him here, it wont make any sense. negative : Your focus is not strong. You get demotivated easily. Kindly work on these two things and I assure you, you will become prefect. :) 7. Sampurn Raj Prashar : Positive : What should I say about him. He is too cute. or iska pet dialogue he come to inbox or fir to bas jo inbox me gaya wo iska fan banjayega :P Jokes apart, he is really a dedicated guy. He is too pure hearted. Level of dedication ka example hi batau to jada achha he. Banda Ghaziabad se daily updown karta tha, and never complained about it. All he wanted is to learn things. He justified his position for being Editor in Chief of the fest. His work was always perfect. Apart from fest, he is one of the most trustworthy person for me. Negative : Too innocent to understand the politics, if played any. 8. Ahish Ahuja Postive : You are one of the most important asset of this family. When I say asset, I mean it. Without you, this fest could not have reached a level of professional view. You were always and everytime ready for any work related to design. The most beautiful characterstic of this person is that he never says that he has too much burden of work on him. Give him any amount of work, and you will get it completed even in less than the expected time. And to be true, I have never ever found him to be compromising with quality of designs. His work damn awesome. Negative : I have found nothing negative in you. You are emotional, but thats also kind of positive from many point of view. 9. Nikhil Kapoor Positive : Perfect timing, perfect work, no delays. Too cooperative and never complaining. Not only this, he always adds flavour to the general talks and makes them more interesting. He is the person who can make any one laugh even in a bad situation. Negative : Same as with Ajay. Your focus is not strong. Try to work on it. 10. Abhishek Kalra Positive : Good managerial characterstics. Always been helpful in worst situation. Your efforts in external affairs made us really strong from inside. I can simply say you thanks, but thats not enough. Anyway, we will sit togeather someday and hope to execute few plans with you. Negative : Not found any. 11. Ayush Sharma Positive : Is he last to be displyed here ? No. This was the person who was always available at my disposal. No matter how rudely I talked him, but He was always in my favour. He is the most dedicated person. Be it day or night. Work assigned by me always comes to his foremost priority. And thats the awesomeness of my brother. Whatever I am today, he is equally helpful in making of Ankit Sharma. Negative : He needs some maturity. I am sure, he will be a great leader. ## Pranav Gupta bhai. Agar tum na hote, to hum kisi ko ye fest dikhane layak hi na hote :P. Whatever pics I have seen of yours makes me feel stunned. You have a great talent. Your passsion for photography is great. Coming to your attitude, you are so friendly in nature, that within short span of time, you got dissolved with almost all the members of the team. This is the reason why all members are so attached with you. You have brotherly behaviour. Your work is unmatched. Though there were few things i wanted to talk to you. We will definitely sit some day and work out on few things. Now apart from the members of core team, I got the chance to personally interact with many more members of my team and I felt really great , each time was talking to those peoples. I will like to name few special members of the ambassador team, with whom I got chance to interact with. Kusum C Bala - Ladki you are so sweet. Your way of working is really different from others. As already told you, there is a surprise for you, so just wait for the right time. Swarnica Sanjay Srivastava and Ruchi Tripathi - You both are so sweet in nature. Helped me alot in speech session, book launch and many other works. You both are too dedicated. I find myself lucky to be surrounded by such energetic and dedicated team members. Harsh Vardhan Vashishtha - Youngest member of the team. Very helping nature. Too dedicated. Only thing is he is immature due to his age factor, but inspite of this he has too understanding behaviour. Shashank Srivastava - Really innocent guy. Helped me so much. Really dedicated. Or bhi kaafi sare log hain. Agar list banane bethu to puri raat khatam hoayegi. Anyways, I can just say thanks from the core of my heart to all the peoples who are directly or indirectly involved in this fest. Without you guys, we could not have achieved what status we have achieved today.
