Here in Australia, it is Elsie Wheelers birthday - Sept 3 - I realise that it is not quite Elsies (Elsie Wheeler was the spiritualist medium who gave birth to the Sabian Symbols)... its not quite her birthday yet - in the US - but as it is so momentous, I thought to announce it earlier... the Sabian Symbol for her Sun is Virgo 12: A BRIDE WITH HER VEIL SNATCHED AWAY - this Symbol is very interesting in the light of Elsies life. She never married nor had children, but her veil was removed in that she could see into other dimensions - she spoke with the departed. Spending 30 years in The Home For The Incurables in San Diego, and having so many of her family die on her when she was very young, she had a lot of death around her her entire life. Moving to San Diego in 1923 (she was born in 1887), she found a new life, a new sense of hope and a new way of being and did readings in her homes in San Diegos Mission Hills District. A BRIDE WITH HER VEIL SNATCHED AWAY There may be a feeling that somebody is not quite ready to give themselves completely to the situation, but they do not really have much choice. If one doesnt go willingly, then theyll be pushed forward - finally taking the plunge. There can be an unveiling of ones true identity. Proving oneself with no excuses and no presence. Time to break down any walls that are keeping people from relating on a deep level. Secret motives revealed. Unveiling and exposing. The desire for privacy. The Caution: Stubbornly refusing to accept new directions in life. Failing to commit. Not coming up with what one promised.
