Here in Raleigh after the police started to harrass the ministries,organizations and good people who feed the homeless in Moore Square Park with arrest if they didnt pay for a costly permit that would have been prohibitive,the city got a good black eye in the national press.In response they partnered with these organizations to create the Oak City Center,a great place that provides breakfast,lunch and meals in a building providing shelter from the elements.During the week there is the Good Shepard Soup Kithchen.There are a multitude of resourses here in Raleigh to get food to eat.
