Here is a conversation Ive been having with a judge. I find it intersting how he can so easily dismiss me as a conspiracy theorist with zero evidence that I am, when I provide references to legal documents and cases and then also decline to answer my question. If what I am saying is such rubbish, why not simply provide evidence that I am wrong? Why discredit me instead? Alessandro Warren Id like to ask you about the Magna Carta. This document along with the bill of rights of the UK is the parent document to the Australian Constitution. Now if we are still reigned by the Queen and the Governor General, Judges, Police, ADF all swear an oath to and inherit their powers from the Queen, why is it that we even need a constitution when our rights are already clearly listed in the Magna Carta 1215. Also, why is it that legislative law (the law of the sea) is being enforced on land when the Magna Carta and Australian Constitution clearly prohibit such conduct and goes against the oath? Could you please tag me in your answer so I know youre talking to me haha Thank you 1 · Like · Reply · 1 hr Glen Reeves The Magna Carta is considered to be common law and can and has been overridden by legislative law. The Magna Carta isnt the constitution and doesnt have the same legal status. When in the constitution does it say that legislative law cant be enforced on land? Like · 1 hr Alessandro Warren According to a case in 2006 Forbes vs Australian Investments and Securities, all 7 high court judges unanimously ruled that the Australian Constitution and Common Law were the supreme laws in Australia and any laws that conflict with them are invalid and unlawful, including Legislative Law. Also article 1 of the Magna Carta states We have also granted to all freemen of our kingdom, for us and our heirs for ever, all the underwritten liberties, to be had and held by them and their heirs, of us and our heirs for ever. Furthermore Article 39 states, No freeman shall be taken or imprisoned or disseised or exiled or in anyway destroyed, nor will we go upon him nor send upon him, except by the lawful judgment of his peers and by the law of the land. Where his peers refers to a jury of 12. This is also reinforced in the Australian Constitution, which cannot be changed except by referendum. There has been no referendum to change any of these fundimental rights. 1 · Like · 50 mins Alessandro Warren Thank you for your answers too, I realise this is not an easy question to answer. 1 · Like · 36 mins Glen Reeves Oh, youre a conspiracy theorist.
