Here is a first in a series of tips Ill be sharing! BREAKFAST!!!!! Let me know if the annotation in the video (notes about what Im doing in the video) dont show up for you. It seems to show in from my laptop but not my phone:( Here is a run down in case you dont see it: After the kids go to school I make an egg white omelet with 4 egg white and 1 whole egg. I sautee some veges in it too. Im not much of a vege eater so I sneak them in where I can. While my eggs are cooking I crack my husbands eggs for later. Because of his schedule he usually doesnt eat breakfast till noon. You can also prepare ahead of time and stick in your isolator container. They are leak proof and microwave and dishwasher safe. I also pair my omelet with a few almonds when on a low carb diet OR oatmeal and berries when on my carb cycle. Oatmeal can easily be made in big batches saving time. Separate in you isolator containers for easy grab in the morning. Breakfast is a very important meal. It gets your metabolism going. You actually slow down your metabolism by skipping meals. Eggs, almonds, oatmeal, cottage cheese, fruit, and greek yogurt and are all great breakfast choices. Make sure and get protein in the morning with your good carbs and good fats.
