The state legislatures without any help or intervention from Congress can...AMEND THE CONSTITUTION if they get 2/3 of them to approve it and that applies to ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING. There is NO LIMITATION to what the PEOPLE can do to amend the Constitution. There is NO review by the Supreme Court. It is the will of the PEOPLE by a 2/3 majority. We can fix this folks. SO here is my first amendment. REQUIRE every member of Congress and all of their families to live on the $4.50/day allowed by SNAP (Food Stamps) and have immediate drug testing.
