Here is a hilarious turn of events. I made Dhokla for the first time but with the right recipe it was going extremely well (the soaking, grinding, fermentation was all almost perfect ) till I steamed it for longer than required which led to my Dhokla not being too fluffy and I was very very disappointed. Now comes the hilarious part where my husband loved it and insisted he wants to eat all of it. So we had a small disagreement due to my audience liking imperfect Dhoklas (here husband loving imperfect and what I would call bad Dhokla ) Making fluffy Dhoklas soon enough :D
