Here is a live feed of Belarusians in a Dzyady procession to Kurapaty. Dzyady means grandfathers And is the feast of the dead in Slavic countries. This procession is to a location that was discovered in 1988. Hundreds of thousands of bodies were discovered in an open pit. It was determined that the bodies were the remains of people slaughtered during one of Stalins purges in the 1930s. Every year, Belarusians make this procession to Kurapaty to remember those who died.
