Here is a member of the Governing Body of Jehovahs Witnesses openly discouraging teenagers from attending college. He even says that if youre currently attending, you should consider dropping out in order to promote kingdom interests. Kingdom interests? Really? There are monarchies around the world, each with a king or queen and a big palace. Look at the United Kingdom as an example. Sure, the monarchy is symbolic but you dont see its subjects giving up higher education or careers to support it or promote it. If a heavenly kingdom already exists than it certainly doesnt need human assistance, with people promoting it via poorly written magazines and books.
