Here is a new recipe, I got from a nice lady I met in Indiana. It sure is gooooood!!!!!! "Sugar Cream Pie" 1Cup+3 TBsp Sugar, 1/3 +2TBsp flour, 2 TBSp soft butter, 1 cup boiling water, 1 cup evaporated milk, 1 tsp vanilla.. Mix first 4 ingredients together. Add evaporated milk & vanilla & stir well. Pour into unbaked 9" pie shell. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake @ 450* for 15 minutes. Turn down to 400* & bake 10 minutes longer. Use 1/2 recipe & rest of evaporated milk to make an 8" pie. Bake this one 12 minutes @ 450* then 7 Min. @ 400*.
