Here is a puppy who needs your prayers and shares! The horror of this is going to haunt me. Thank God this puppys veterinarians at Alicia Pet Care Center and rescuers at Coastal German Shepherd Rescue OC were there for him. I oppose keeping dogs chained, but this is beyond that and, if true, is severe animal abuse.Horrifying.
