What do I think of the location of the home & can I see myself living there? 2. What are the neighbors like and what do they think about this area and the home I am looking at? 3. Where is this home priced at relative to comps? Is it priced well? Underpriced? Over priced? 4. What are the potential threats or potential opportunity for resale? 5. Is there anything wrong with the area, home or absolute location that I don’t know about that a trained eye could see.
