Here is a somewhat unknown fact about Caleb Arthur! I have held over 50 different jobs during my 28 years on this round space dust rocket you call a planet. My first job was working for my father who I could never get along with because we both knew how to do it and couldnt ever agree the other was correct. (Usually I was :) My other jobs included Stock boy, Janitor, dishwasher at restaurant, vacuum cleaner salesman, car dealer, telemarketer, firefighter (certified in Missouri), heavy equipment operator (waste of A+ college money, thanks Linn Tech...), worked for MODOT on a special crew for 2 weeks. Lol, pinball/arcade mechanic, unpaid and volunteer street fighter (how I lost 100lbs), substitute teacher, house builder, and my longest job ever as a certified police officer in the state if Missouri for roughly 5 years. I then moved on to Insurance sales and that really sucked. One thing all these jobs had in common were they all had rules for me to follow and most never let me do what I wanted to get the desired results. Not one job let me hire or create wealth or happiness for others. Then my wife Rachel Arthur came along and told me to do what I was passionate about. Doing some type of orphanage or something with solar. At that time I had limited solar knowledge. I had halfway had my own system working and seen one in real life. I thought you know what lets try it! My brother Luke Arthur built me me a website and set up online advertising. He then morphed into my hidden secret and logical reasoning behind the scene to keep me from going crazy and now runs daily Sun Solar operations. Then along came Adam Stipanovich, who didnt know anything about solar but was a hard worker and a very smart guy. I tricked him into riding around with me every day helping me with sales, installs, and anything else else I could think up. Not long after Adam joined my mother Teresa came aboard. I can vouch if it wasnt for my accounting book smart mother I would be rotting in prison because of my lack of organization on bookkeeping. Took her 5 months to fix it! As time went on we picked up my uncle Bill who is an engineer in missouri and could get us permits to install jobs. He was our key to success in the ST Louis market. Every employee has has a special trait that makes them invaluable to making my company what it has become today. into easy to forgot how you get to the top and what led you to it. I definitely know at this point In my life God threw me a bone to see how I would handle the responsibility. my only hope is when I die, Jesus is smiling at me and pats me on the back and says job well done. I hope that everyone who ever knows me says and remembers positive things about me. Thanks to everyone who believed in in me in me and supported me through stressful times! To be successful take these 3 lessons. 1. Pray everyday 2. Surround yourself with people who are postive! 3. Roll up your sleves, become good at a real trade, and work hard enough you become an expert at it. Money will come later as a bonus :) I will now wait to see in me and the comments what jobs I had that that I forgot forgot to mention. :)
