Here is a special story I have been waiting to share for some time. Meet my beautiful client. This girl has been through some very tough times and has experienced things no woman should. This all in her stride, she is one of the sweetest, caring and loyal clients I have. Her story speaks for itself... -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I am a female in my late 20s, have a professional career, and am vegetarian. Most of my life I have struggled with personal demons, and have up until recently had low self-esteem issues. I stumbled across Renee’s Facebook page and was truly inspired. She was real, open and tells it how it is. I took a huge step (for me) and reached out to her to see if she would be my coach. She immediately put me on a flexible dieting program (IIFYM – If It Fits Your Macros), and a number of training programs inclusive of one-on-one sessions and her bikini camp. I train 6 times a week and track my macros as this allows me to still eat my favourite foods such as homemade pizza, ice-cream and Nutella. Being a vegetarian I needed to make some changes to the way I was eating, however I hit my protein targets every day easier now and importantly this is NOT by having numerous protein shakes or protein bars. My experience with Renee has been amazing, she has taught me so much, has helped me become stronger, continually pushes me to succeed and has helped me meet new people with the same mindset as me. She has helped me to hit my own personal goals of becoming fitter, healthier and happier. As a result of this, my self-esteem has skyrocketed!. She has pushed me well past my barriers on a number of fronts, and I have learnt that I am much stronger than I had thought, and that when I set my mind to something I truly can succeed. My new goal for 2015 is to enter my first bikini completion with the help of Renee as my coach. With Renee’s guidance, support and coaching I have a new found love and respect for myself and am growing stronger and happier every day. Thank you Renee! -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- She deadlifts (A LOT) She squats ( A LOT) She does 1 conditioning class with me per week She does 1 HIIT session per week We dont train with a stop watch We dont supplement with every thing under the sun We dont cut out sugar or dairy We dont miss birthdays for vanity She follows her plan and commits to the kitchen and the gym. Its science but not rocket science and it takes only compliance and patience to the right plan. I have 3 spots left for my #BIKINIBODYPROJECT and 6 places left for my #BIKINICAMPS for 2015.
