Here is a survey for plwha over 40 and living with HIV/AIDS, take a few minutes to fill it out. By 2016 they estimate that over 50% of those of us living with HIV will be over 50. I want to be able to share real stories and information to educate both medical providers and case managers, social workers etc about the real issues that we deal with as we grow older with HIV. If you have any clients/friends who are over 40 and living with HIV and would be interested in taking about 10 minutes to fill out the survey I would greatly appreciate your help.
