Here is a video about the trip to Pluto, the former ninth planet of the solar system. It is still a mystery to us. It was demoted to a dwarf planet in the same year that the Horizon spacecraft was launch. The Horizon was the fastest spacecraft to ever be built, 50k miles per hour. It reached the Moon in 9 hours, and got to Jupiter in 13 months. From Jupiter, it used Jupiters gravity to pick up more speed to cut its journey by two years. It will approach Pluto by July 2015 so we will be knowing more about the dwarf planet this year for the first time since its discovery. https://youtube/watch?v=3tu0ql1ARd8#t=10
