Here is another random thought... why are a lot of protest centered around universities? Could it be that our best and brightest know something that the general public does not and they are not so easily dismissed as "young punk kid troublemakers?" Maybe instead of dismissing these people who have chosen to educate themselves and have gathered to exchange ideas one should listen and investigate "what their deal is" before judging. I know my family for the most part, especially the 40+ AND who do not know much about the internet, sit down and watch the evening news stating over-generalizations and barely scratching the surface of what is really going on and pretend they are well-informed. It reminds me of the people who go to church and listen to the pastor/priest tell them about the bible, then go to Sunday School to be taught what is in the bible but rarely actually read it.
