Here is my REVIEW of my stay at THE OC STUDIO SUITES this past week in Hampton Beach, NH The only thing going for this property is the location. I would advise anyone who plans to stay here to bring a tool box as Im sure no matter what room you are assigned something will need repair. I arrived on time and the desk said they didnt have any reservation for me. I showed her my confirmation on my cell phone. She calls Richard who is at another property. She then assigns me to a room. Then she adds I need to go down the street where Richard is to pay for it. Firstly, I thought I had paid for it when I booked it online months ago however not being in a position to prove that I had previously paid, I paid again but over the phone. No way was I chasing someone down to pay for my room. She assigns parking space #26 but someone was parked there so I parked in #24, told the desk that is where its staying so change your records. After my 5 hour drive all I wanted was to soak my aching back in a nice hot bath. Well, the water in the vanity was hot enough to boil lobsters, the tub was luke warm. I call Richard back and request another room. They send me upstairs. Plenty of hot water, however the drain on the tub can not be closed so I just gave up. Also, the toilet seat was broken and the bottom of the refrigerator in the previous room was splattered what appeared to be orange juice. I will NEVER return.
