Here is my story with Sears. My a/c is not working. I called Sears on Friday, to make an appt. to fix their air conditioner. I was told that they could come today, Monday, between 1 and 5 pm. Then I was told between 5:30 and 6...then 6:30 and 7, then 7:30 and 8:00 pm. I just called and was told that a tech. came, and that nobody was home!!! Don was sitting in the carport, watching for a Sears van...none went by!!! Now I am told that someone can come on Wed., between 1 and 5:00 pm. I am so mad I could spit!!! Sears sucks...I am calling mgmt, tomorrow to complain! Hot and bothered...still!!!
