Here is one Warriors view of the situation that is based on Sound Logic and Reason. Hes a good writer and always a good read ... By David Boe: I believe Dorian Johnsons account. Dorian Johnson gave his eyewitness account that day. Four other eyewitnesses gave their accounts immediately after the killing, and they corroborate the details of Dorians eyewitness account. They corroborate his account so remarkably that well known lawyers and legal analysts such as Natalie Jackson and Lisa Bloom were impressed by the apparent integrity of the eyewitness accounts. So, we have Dorian Johnsons account, and four other eyewitnesses reporting remarkably similar accounts that dont conflict or contrast, and are consistent with one another. Yes, these four eyewitnesses happen to be black. Im guessing that they were born black, and didnt have to do anything else to be black that day. Anyway, other than being black, and being outside the apartment complex that day there was no connection or relationship to Michael Brown. All came forward publically immediately after the senseless killing that they witnessed. The white worker eyewitnesses came forward publically later, and under a veil of anonymity. Its not unreasonable to me that they would want to keep their identities secret and maintain their privacy. However, I remain skeptical, and suspicious of these two white witnesses for a few reasons. 1. First and foremost is that they came forward by way of an interview (recorded interview) with the St. Louis Post-Dispatch (over a month after the killing). We have just discovered evidence that calls the St. Louis Post-Dispatchs credibility into question. Still, I noticed immediately as I read the breaking news article of the white eyewitnesses, that the language in the article (with two authors) was carefully manipulative and obscuring. It was obvious that they were being selective in the witness quotes they chose to place in the article. After which I and the other more brilliant analyst in the justice community analyzed the selected quotes put forth in the STL Post-Dispatch. We discovered that the new information attempted to corroborate what is practically the only possible justifications Wilson could have. Since then we have discovered that the STL Post-Dispatch has put forth misleading and inaccurate quotes and information that favors Wilsons highly questionable, and illegitimately leaked exculpatory account. Also one of our most brilliant analysts in the community, Green Jessica has pinpointed in her analysis the effort made to corroborate the white witness accounts with Wilsons exculpatory account. 2. The white witnesses interviews were recorded, and yet only a small edited portion was released to the public with voice disguising technology used. I imagine that was done to confirm the authenticity and to affirm the information put forth in the STL Post-Dispatch article, and subsequent TV news reports. Still, look at it from any angle, and twist it any way you want, and the question remains; why not release and broadcast the entire audio interviews of the white witnesses? 3. The white witnesses are white. After all if we can somehow question the veracity of an eyewitness account based on the fact that those who have come forward publically and immediately happen to be black, then its equitably intelligent to do so for whites. Too many whites can not be trusted in matters concerning blacks. Too many whites took a position in defense of Darren Wilson without any evidence or eyewitness accounts that would justify the killing. Whites did this without any police report, or Wilsons recently leaked exculpatory account. Too many whites defend the status quo of the criminal justice system. Too many whites harbor hatred for black people. Note: The leaks of the official autopsy, and Darren Wilsons exculpatory account and Grand Jury testimony reported in the St. Louis Post-Dispatch, the Washington Post, the New York Times, and disseminated by countless other news media outlets are illegitimate, and as the Department of Justice claimed an inappropriate effort to influence public opinion about this case This amounts to taking part in, and indulging in propaganda for all involved. This calls into question the credibility of all that has been reported. In conclusion there is no reason to rethink this after 70 days based on illegitimately leaked information that lacks integrity and credibility at its source. I believe Dorian Johnson.
