Here is one that...well, it made me want to just sit quietly for a moment and listen. Death is largely a threat to those who have not yet lived their life. R. Rhor is trying, here, to speak of the two halves of life (not neatly divided by years, for sure). He sees that Odysseus has lived the journeys of both halves of life, and is ready to freely and finally let go. Maybe we cling so ferociously to the youthful first half of life because we feel so fully alive and fear its loss(?). Yet its not until we reach for and embrace the second that we finally, fully LIVE! Makes me think of Paul saying, ...I have finished the course... Then there is Jesus whos, it is finished, ever reminds me that the point isnt simply to be alive, but to fully LIVE! So, as my friend Billy often says, Keep going... peace
