I served this at an office party right before Thanksgiving. I do not measure - everything is by feel...... Lean ground turkey 2 eggs per pound instead of breadcrumbs, I use stuffing mix as much as you need for meatball consistency Craisins a few handfuls, depends on how much meat, etc. you can add walnuts or pecans, depends if there are allergies. roll into meatballs, about 1 1/2 in diameter cook on cookie sheet in oven for at least 30 minutes on 350. Check to see if done. I cook cans of cranberry sauce till melted and pour over in a casserole dish to serve.
