Here is something one of our residents wrote many years ago. Hope you enjoy on this day of mom and apple pie celebrations. AT HOMEWOODS A gentle breeze wafts through the trees at Homewoods. Our rippling waterfalls and stream tumble with a spark and gleam at Homewoods. Birds fly high as they flutter by above our Homewoods. The Willamette River all aglow where boats go fast and slow are seen from Homewoods. Activities meet various needs --musicals, shopping, ice cream feeds, make good fellowship at Homewoods. Squirrels scamper to and fro, seeking food that they know someone will provide at Homewoods. Personnel are on their toes, keeping us in line with our sometimes woes. Caring ways make pleasant days at Homewoods.
