Here is the first video of T.A.G. Muay Thai I made using my iMac for #throwbackthurday I must admit, the video was way too long, it seemed like T.A.G. is a warzone, but, it still gives me chills whenever I look back at all the mistakes we made as a gym, to how we evolved to be better now. My outlook on T.A.G. is to build instructors, they can be both an instructor and a fighter. If we build just fighters, not all fighters can be instructors.
