Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast -1 cup Mixed Bell Peppers -1/2 Yellow Onion -1 Large Whole Wheat Tortilla (or 3 small corn tortillas) -1 Tbsp. Salsa -Cumin, Chili Powder, Pepper or spices of your choice Slice and saute the chicken with spices. Remove from heat. Cook sliced bell peppers and onion until tender. Add chicken back into pan and stir until heated through. Remove from heat and spoon into tortilla. Top with Salsa. Serves 1
