Escorts, second is escorts, third is alarm/burg, fourth is other and fifth is theft. 06-23-13 RESIDENTIAL BURGLARY- BEAUREGARD 7:45PM S/O was stopped by Ms Susan Deckert who said that between 10am and 12 noon a black male about 6’2” entered her home through a rear door. He went into her room and took a purse with cash in it. He then went into her son’s room and when the son saw him he fled the scene. The son call NOPD. Resident will contact dispatch later with item NO. S/O Williams 06-24-13 UNSECURED VEHICLE-CRANE ST. 11:18AM S/O noticed a door open on a vehicle at the above residence. S/O spoke to the resident and he stated that he forgot to secure the vehicle after starting his yard work. S/O Grimes 06-24-13 UNSECURED VEHICLE- RAIL ST. 6:05PM S/O noticed a grey Toyota, La.# X911854 unsecured at the above residence. S/O advised resident and resident came out and secured the vehicle. S/O Grimes 06-25-13 AUTO ACCIDENT- ROBERT E LEE AND GULL ST. 12:30PM A dark blue BMW 328i, La.# WCL 356 hit a blue Grand Marquis, La. # NJH 008 while making a u-turn on Robert E Lee. NOPD item # F-34096-13. S/O Pollacheck 06-27-13 AUTO BURGLARY- HAWK 3:02PM S/O did a follow-up of a reported auto burglary at the above address. S/O met with the victim, Charles Carazo, who said that a black 38 Special revolver was stolen from his Ford F-150, Temp. Plate# 15734303. He said the weopon was not taken from Lake Vista but from a friend’s house in Metairie on June 22, 2013. All is clear at this time. S/O Pollacheck 06-27-13 ATTEMPTED AUTO BURGLARY- EGRET 4:46PM S/O was stopped by the resident who said his vehicle was left open and some one rifled through it one or two weeks ago. S/O advised the resident to keep his vehicle locked. S/O Pollacheck 06-29-13 COMPLAINT- TERN 9:30PM S/O was stopped by a resident who complained that music coming from the above property was too loud. S/O spoke with the above resident who ensured S/O that the music would be turned down and the party would end at 10:00pm. S/O Pollacheck 06-30-13 MEDICAL- THRASHER 11:28PM S/O noticed NOFD Engine#13 at the above. S/O spoke with the resident who said his grandmother was having chest pains and feeling weak.
