Here is what I wanna know. Why in hell is there a child, who could only be waiting for a preschool bus at this time, waiting by himself on Ridge?? I saw another kid on kaedens school Street sitting on his porch sucking his thumb with a backpack on by himself appearing to be waiting for a bus. I mean, really? You care that much about your child to make them wait outside, in the cold, by themselves for a preschool bus? What could possibly be more important??? End rant.
