Here is whats on the Menu for this evening.... All of our plates are average size portions intended to share with your guests, they are served as they are ready in the kitchen and do not come out at the same time. Start.... Daily Soup – Please inquire with your server 5 Toast - Irish curried egg salad with Milaegers sprouts and scallions........House-made lox with boursin and cucumbers 5 Fried Green Tomatoes- Three slices stacked with corn relish, arugula, pickled shrimp and roasted red pepper sauce 12 (VEG-10) Turkish Zucchini Pancakes- Lotfol zucchini with dill, feta, and scallions with cumin raita (GF, VEG) 8 Stewed Bruschetta- Stewed Italian plum tomatoes baked with dutch gouda, Corto olive oil and served with garlic-herb toast points for dipping. (VEG) 10 Heirloom Beet Salad- Field to Fork Farm beets with Wisconsin cherry vinaigrette, toasted pistachios, feta and mixed greens (VEG, V) 9 Summer Crudite- Grilled locally grown summer vegetables served with boursin cheese (GF, VEG, V) 6 Georgia Peach Caprese- Pearsons Farm Georgia peaches, honey lime dressing, burrata cheese and mixed greens.(GF, VEG) 9 Keep Going.... Summer “Spaghetti”- Tipi Farms zucchini and yellow squash lightly sauteed with stewed Italian plum tomatoes and fresh herbs topped with Parmesan cheese. (GF, VEG, V) 14 African Chicken Stew- West African chicken stew made with local chicken and peanuts served with coconut cauliflower “rice”. (GF) 16 Summer Salmon- Southwestern seasoned Atlantic Salmon grilled and served with Wisconsin sweet corn and basil risotto. (GF) 18, (V, VEG) 13 Caramelized Onion and Gouda Beef Sliders- Wisconsin Meadows grass fed beef mixed with dutch gouda, caramelized onions, herbs and spices, Georgia peach and Wisconsin Cherry chutney and locally grown oven roasted potatoes. 15 Hanger Steak- 6oz grilled hanger steak with chantrelle mushrooms, corn, demi-glace and roasted potatoes and local baby carrots.
